Won the Presidents choice award and best truffle with a chocolate shot cup, filled with a fiore peach balsamic truffle, topped with a fresh strawberry piece and balsamic spheres which we made as well.

Our new summer lobster bake.

 The little clam roller holds a chocolate lobster bake with 4 lobsters, 4 crabs, 4 clams, 4 mussels, 4 corn, 1 anchor, 1 bottle, and some chocolate pebbles. Gerry made the clam roller from my Dads old lobster trap runners ( laths ) and used a twig for the handle. Back in the day the clam rollers used when digging clams had large twigs for  handles. They graduated to hoses, and finally to wooden handles. The molds for the clams, mussels, and corn pieces were made by real Maine items by Gerry. We picked the sea shells up from the shore down to Steuben Maine, and used pieces of baby corn from a can. The other molds used came from a candy shop. The whole item is placed in a real Maine made lobster bait bag. $9.95 Clam roller just by itself is $4.00
